Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okpk ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the okpk website and all services made available through it, including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, and any promotional offers. By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on the okpk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

okpk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players. Who May Use okpk

Access to and use of the okpk platform is strictly restricted. You may only open an account and use our services if all of the following conditions are satisfied at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. okpk is a 21+ platform. Players below this age are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether gambling is legal in your location before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of a third party or commercial entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the okpk platform or any affiliated service, and your account has not been suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the okpk platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and you are required to update your details promptly if they change.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Transaction Rules

okpk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and City Bank. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Processing times and any applicable limits are as set out in the Payment Methods section of the platform, which may be updated from time to time.

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

From time to time okpk may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, or other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is issued:

• Each bonus is available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account termination.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly when the bonus is credited. Unless otherwise specified, only wagers placed on casino games and sports markets count towards meeting the wagering requirement.
• okpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if it determines that the promotion has been misused, claimed fraudulently, or is no longer commercially viable to offer.
• Bonuses will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated at the time of issue. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account balance without compensation.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play Obligations

The integrity of the okpk platform and the fairness of its games depend on all users behaving honestly and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, together with forfeiture of any balance:

okpk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following rules and tools form part of our responsible gaming obligations under these Terms:

• The platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. okpk may request proof of age at any time, and accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be closed.
• Players may request a deposit limit, a wagering limit, a session time limit, a cooling-off period, or a self-exclusion at any time by contacting okpk support. Such requests will be processed promptly. Self-exclusion periods may not be reversed before the chosen period expires.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any error in odds or game outcomes. okpk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okpk does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. okpk will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during any period of unavailability.

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the okpk platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of okpk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of okpk.

Account Suspension and Termination

okpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

okpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a message to the mobile number registered on the account.
